5R FRANCE WORKSHOP "ESSENCE"

I firmly believe that the only constant is change, movement, the dance.Each of these rhythms reveals a part that lives within us, a part that exists in the world, in reality. Understanding them, dancing them, moving them, and discovering the full palette of colors they contain helps us understand ourselves, understand what surrounds us, and continue inhabiting this life fully—embracing all its colors, all its fragrances, all our flowers.

In this weekend workshop, we will dive into the essence of the 5Rhythms map—a path that guides us back home: to our body, our soul, and the mystery around us. Through movement, dance, and breath, we will awaken our essence and let it speak through us.

From body to inspiration, from breath to motion, from expression to ritual.

Accompanied by Marcelo and Manu, we will root ourselves in live music as part of the essence of the map, as part of the roots of the practice. A direct co-creation: music and dance, breath and vibration, pulse and heartbeat.

Marcelo and Manu have been collaborating with me for over three years in classes and workshops. Their listening, presence, and deep sense of service to the group and the practice allow the three of us to co-create a space open to presence, meditation, and an experience of pure ecstasy—a return home, a journey into essence.
